Refund Policy

                                                      ZenFitExpress Effective Date: November 6, 2025

At ZenFitExpress, we value your commitment to wellness and strive to provide flexible and fair options when life’s plans change. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before booking any class, workshop, or service.

1. General Policy: All purchases, including drop-ins, memberships, workshops, and private sessions, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Once payment is processed, it reserves your spot and helps us maintain a consistent and small-group experience for all participants.

2. Class Cancellations: Student-Initiated Cancellations: We understand that schedules can shift. If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 12 hours before class start time through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Cancellations made 12+ hours in advance may receive class credit or rescheduling (depending on availability).Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

 

ZenFit Express Cancellations: If we must cancel or reschedule a class due to weather, illness, or unforeseen events, we will notify participants as soon as possible. You may choose to reschedule or receive class credit for a future date.

 

3. Workshops, Events & Retreats: Workshops, special events, and retreats often have limited capacity and require advance preparation and materials. Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the event may receive a full credit toward another workshop or service. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, unless your spot can be filled from a waitlist. No-shows are non-refundable. In rare cases where ZenFitExpress cancels a workshop or event, you will receive a full refund or credit — your choice.

4. Memberships & Packages: All memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated. Unused classes do not roll over past their expiration date unless otherwise approved by ZenFitExpress management.

5. Private Sessions (Yoga, Reiki, Thai Massage, Coaching): Cancellations for private sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance.Cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the full session fee being charged.

6. Online Services: All online sessions, programs, and virtual classes are non-refundable once purchased, due to the instant access to digital content.

7. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. In genuine cases such as medical emergencies, severe weather, or other extenuating circumstances, ZenFitExpress may offer partial refunds or class credits at our discretion. All exception requests must be submitted in writing to ZenFitExpress@gmail.com within 5 business days after the scheduled class or service.
